1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account and using AI Reseller Pro, users agree to these terms. If they don't agree, they can't use the service.

2. Description of Service AI Reseller Pro is a SaaS platform that helps resellers manage inventory, track profit, and sync listings across selling platforms. Features vary by plan (Pro and Elite).

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information when signing up

  • Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure

  • One account per user

  • Must be 18 or older to use the service

4. Free Trial

  • Free trial is available without a credit card

  • Trial period and limitations should be clearly stated

  • After trial ends, users must upgrade to continue access

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Pro plan: $19/month

  • Elite plan: $59/month

  • Billed monthly, charged automatically

  • All payments processed securely through Stripe

  • No refunds for partial months

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel anytime from their account settings

  • Access continues until end of current billing period

  • No cancellation fees

7. Third Party Integrations

  • The app connects to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, and Depop APIs

  • Users are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service

  • AI Reseller Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms

  • API availability is not guaranteed — if eBay changes their API, features may be affected

8. Data and Privacy

  • User data is stored securely via Supabase

  • AI Reseller Pro does not sell user data

  • Users own their inventory data

9. Acceptable Use Users may NOT:

  • Use the app to violate eBay or other platform policies

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the software

  • Share account access with others

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

10. AI Generated Content

  • Flip scores, market insights, and coaching content are AI-generated

  • They are for informational purposes only

  • AI Reseller Pro does not guarantee accuracy of AI recommendations

  • Users make their own buying and selling decisions

11. Limitation of Liability

  • AI Reseller Pro is not responsible for lost sales, missed profits, or bad sourcing decisions

  • The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or accuracy

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days

12. Service Availability

  • We aim for maximum uptime but don't guarantee it

  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible

  • Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice

13. Intellectual Property

  • AI Reseller Pro owns all code, design, and content in the platform

  • Users retain ownership of their own inventory and sales data

14. Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be updated with 30 days notice

  • Continued use after notice means acceptance of new terms

  • Major changes will be emailed to active subscribers

15. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama

  • Any disputes will be handled in Huntsville, Alabama
