1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are managed by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are not stored in plain text.
- Profile Information: Name, eBay seller username, subscription tier, and preferences you set in your account.
- Inventory and Listing Data: Item names, descriptions, prices, cost of goods, photos, SKUs, conditions, categories, and other listing details you enter or import.
- Financial Data: Cost of goods, sale prices, profit calculations, and sourcing trip receipts you upload. We do not store your credit card numbers — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Manifest and Sourcing Data: CSV files, pallet details, sourcing trip information, and receipt photos you upload for analysis.
- Communications: If you contact us via email or the in-app contact form, we collect the content of those communications.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns with the Services.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type used to access the Services.
- Log Data: IP addresses, access times, and error logs generated during your use of the Services.
Information from Third-Party Services
- eBay: When you connect your eBay account via OAuth, we receive an access token and refresh token that allow us to sync your listings, retrieve item details, and publish or update listings on your behalf. We do not receive or store your eBay password. The data we retrieve from eBay includes your listings, item specifics, order information, and seller profile details.
- Stripe: When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with your subscription status, plan type, and billing cycle information. We do not receive or store your full credit card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Sync your eBay listings and manage your inventory
- Generate AI-powered listing content, photo analysis, receipt OCR, and sourcing insights
- Calculate profit, fees, and business analytics
- Process your subscription payments through Stripe
- Send you transactional emails related to your account (e.g., subscription confirmations, password resets)
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Services
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud or abuse
3. AI Data Processing
AI Reseller Pro uses third-party AI models to power certain features:
- Google Gemini (via the Lovable AI Gateway): Used for photo analysis, receipt OCR, listing content generation, item specifics suggestions, and sourcing insights.
- OpenAI (GPT-5): Used for advanced listing content generation on the Elite tier.
When you use AI-powered features, the relevant data (such as item photos, receipt images, item names, or listing details) is sent to these AI providers for processing. This data is used solely to generate the requested output and is subject to each provider's data processing terms. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, solely as needed to provide the Services:
- Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Your account data, inventory data, and application data are stored on Supabase servers hosted in the United States.
- Stripe: Our payment processor. Receives payment information necessary to process your subscription.
- eBay: When you connect your eBay account and publish or update listings, relevant listing data is sent to eBay via their APIs.
- Google (Gemini AI): Receives data necessary to process AI feature requests (photos, text, item details).
- OpenAI: Receives data necessary to process Elite-tier AI listing generation requests.
- Lovable: Our application hosting provider. The application is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and inventory data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
eBay listing sync data, cached comp data, and analytics data are retained as long as your account is active and may be periodically cleaned up for performance.
Uploaded photos and receipt images are stored in Supabase Storage for the duration of your account.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row-level security policies on our database ensuring users can only access their own data
- OAuth-based authentication for eBay integration (we never receive your eBay password)
- Secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI-compliant)
- Authentication managed by Supabase Auth with hashed passwords
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information. You can delete your account through the app or by contacting us.
- Data Export: Request a copy of your inventory and listing data in a portable format.
- Opt Out of Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (account-related) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

The Services use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
